How to buy?
We sell our caskets through a network of dealers and funeral homes. If these channels do not work out for you then you may place your order online here with our website.
Is shipping included?
Yes, free shipping is included to all states to the funeral home handling your service.
How long does delivery take?
From the date of you place your order it takes 2 days to customize the casket with the design you choose and approximately 3 to 5 working days for delivery. Since we offer 4 colors and many designs, we make them per order. For more accurate shipping delivery times please refer to your dealer or funeral home. For our direct shipments please email: info@cromocaskets.com. Delivery is not available in all areas. Additionally, Acts of God, weather-related conditions, and states of emergencies can delay delivery beyond the stated delivery parameters.
Do you sell other types of caskets?
We only sell the caskets that you see on our website with the copyrighted Cromo NB Images from Italy.
Do you sell caskets without images?
No, we only sell caskets with the Cromo NB Images.
Can you customize with a different images?
No, we only sell caskets currently with the Cromo NB Images. We are licensed to use the Cromo NB images which is important since many caskets today are using images without the right licensing and approvals from many copyrighted image holders.
Where do you ship from?
We ship our Cromo NB series caskets and urns from Wisconsin.
Can I order these caskets with the Funeral Home I am working with for my services?
Yes, once you know the casket you are interested in ordering, please have your funeral home contact us at our funeral home customer number division at 818-547-1390.
Return Policy
All sales are final and non-refundable. All our caskets are customized to the image you choose, which means we do not hold inventory with images on caskets, we make them for each order received and customize them with the images chosen. Please pay attention when placing your order and be sure the casket you are ordering meets all your criteria in color and images and gauge chosen.
